Who we are: Milestone (milestonestore.co.uk) sells personalised marathon commemorative prints. Contact: team@milestonestore.co.uk.

Orders and personalisation: When you order, you supply the runner's name and race year. We build the print from publicly available official race results (finish time, pace, bib number). You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you supply; we are responsible for matching the print to the proof you approve. If we can't locate the runner's results, we'll contact you before proceeding, and you may cancel for a full refund.

Proof approval: Every order includes a digital proof sent for your approval before printing. Approval confirms the design and details; production begins only after approval.

Pricing and payment: All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Cancellations, returns and faults: See our Return and refund policy. Personalised goods are exempt from change-of-mind returns; your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.

Intellectual property: All designs remain the property of Milestone. Prints are for personal, non-commercial use.

Liability: Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
